Great experience from buying it at the store. Easy set up, a bit tedious signing in to everything to get playing but I'm from the older days when graphics weren't so extreme and needed all the memory they do now, so it's a bit frustrating instead of putting a game in and playing right away. Besides that this is a beast !!

You're clearly interested in this because you want to get an Xbox. All general criticisms of Xbox aside, I can say this is one of the better consoles you can buy. I like that it's not just a limited edition design. There's an extra TB of storage which really makes it worth the investment. Don't have any complaints with it

I bought the Galaxy Edition, and now my living room is slightly less black-hole-ish. It's so fast, games load before I even realize I wanted to play them. Plus, it runs quiet—I can actually hear my neighbor's suspicious laughter now. Best cosmic console purchase this millennium. Worth every imaginary space dollar.

Absolutely love this console, perfect for any gamer and more storage than I know what to do with, easy to set up and navigate.

. The graphics and game pass access is definitely better and this is coming from a PlayStation user. The only downside would be the batteries in the gaming controller along with the analog sticks moving by itself, and I’ve only had the Xbox for a month. I looked it up and found out the gaming controller is having “stick drift” already. * playing call of duty I could not touch the controller and the gun will automatically move and aim all the way in the air*

This machine is a gaming beast. Upgraded from series S and couldn’t be happier overall with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Amazingly powerful and capable console and amazing to look at

Husband loves it so much better than his last Xbox! The clarity is 1000 times better, as well as the download speeds. He said he was so happy that he could enter in and out of a game and the progress was autosaved, and would leave him right where he left off!

My son had an xbox one. Unfortunately, next gen games are no longer compatible and my son has been wanting to play the latest game. This 2TB xbox series x is great. He installed 10 games and has already filled up half the storage. Glad I got him the bigger storage.

I think the Xbox X is amazing the graphics the contents the overall designs of it. The sparkly glittery stuff on. It is amazing. I would recommend any of my friends and family to go out and purchase this from not only the store but Best Buy only.

The system is awesome. I prefer the interface and now the improved storage out of the box; over sonys set up. My ps5 is generally on standby when the xbox is out and about. Note this is a second series x for the household, i like them that much, and you cant go wrong with gamepass!

This is a great gaming system. We purchased the play pass through Microsoft and now have the ability to play hundreds of games each month without having to buy them. I highly recommend the additional storage this system provides as the games are huge.

Compared to the Xbox one day one launch console this new Xbox one x is so much faster. It's all the things i liked about the old console but faster and more compact.

When I was ordering the Xbox black galaxy I ask an employee to help me get protection on a pre order and she thought me for like a hour helping me order it. In the end I got it and I thank her.also the Xbox is great I upgraded from a Xbox one to this and it's great would recommend.

Bought for my son as a Christmas present. He is in love with the quality of this console, and the look of it. Not to mention how well it plays and renders graphics. He can play all the latest games, including Black Ops 6. Excellent value.
