System stopped working less than 24hrs after my son opened it for Xmas. Microsoft still makes trash I see. I will have to return it and buy the 2 year warranty. System will no longer turn on after turning it off. It was real nice to see my 8 year old cry after telling him we have to return his Xmas gift because something is wrong with it. Thanks Microsoft for your continued top notch quality.

Since I never recieved the product, and your so called investigation said I did. Fed Ex never delivered it said they did and I had to deal with Best Buy. Nobody asked me any questions just decided I must be lying and told me too bad You are out your money and get no product.. All I get when asking about it is the investigation is closed Will Never Buy From You Again and will tell everyone I know not to and why

console crashes after 5 minutes on all games. Extremely disappointed. Best buy does not have anymore in stock. Christmas gift dud. Microsoft said it would be 2-3 month turnaround after I send it in. Going to pack it up and return it

My product was left carelessly outside and was not delivered to my door per the instructions I gave Best Buy. I finally located it yesterday even though it was delivered the 3 or so they state. BEST BUY DID NOT HELP IN DACT THEY CANCELLED MY 75 dollar gift card I was entitled to!!

OnTrac delivered my box ripped open with my Xbox missing. The delivery guy must have been in on it because how do you deliver a ripped up box with CLEARLY nothing in the box??? Now I'm stuck fighting with Best Buy to get my refund. This is ridiculous and I should've never preordered this thing.

Geek squad stole it or left it on the side walk to be stolen then Best Buy does a fake investigation just to say they can’t help me and to call the police what’s the police gonna do charge me money for involving them

Will never ever buy from bestbuy again they use ontrac and now my Xbox is somehow gone. Was never delivered to my door tracking shows nothing. Be careful buying online from bestbuy.

Worst buying experience EVER with Best Buy. Unit is great, but do not purchase from Best Buy.

I love the load speeds, quick resume, Game Pass and the 2 tb storage. If you add the expansion card storage for current X/S fames and an HDD for Xbox One, 360 and Xbox games, then you'll have all the storage you'll need. The controller looks great and the console looks better in person. I like the original 1 tb Series X look better, but like I s aid, the controller is FIRE!

I ordered from Microsoft directly but I love my galaxy special edition series X. Runs quiet and cool and with my 2tb seagate expansion card, I have 4tb of storage.

A sleek new finish and texture to the console and the controller and the performance is superb.

I got this console after my first gen X-Box One started to act fritzy on me. This console is AMAZING! Its smaller than what I thought, the set up is WAY easier then previous consoles, and the speedamd graphics are so SMOOTH!! I am very pleased with it!!!

Was going to upgrade from my Series S to the standard Series X but when I saw they came out with a galaxy limited edition with 2TB had to have it!

Upgrading your Xbox is always a must. The innovation and how far it’s come I’m so excited for my Xbox X Galaxy!!!!! 2TB baby lets go!!!!

(1) they refused to accept the fact that this is NOT for them yet (cant be this dumb to realize). (2) Series X dont need a pro model to compete against PS5 Pro this generation. (3) This is a decent console inside out to buy assuming he/she got $ lol (4) this is a viable alternatives to the Halo Infinite Limited Edition Series X (cant buy brand new anymore and 2ndary market price is in the same or worst $ territory) (5) $300 brand new Series X wont happen yduring BF 2024 thanks to Sony and fanboys.

Just saw the video its sold out i believe it the most complete one. Connects to Alexa or google, youetube, music, and games are there in the consoule with the pass all included. I ordered it with 3 xtra controlets, the wheele, and headphones . Notvto mention my son and hisband are going to be really happy.

This console is very useful, has a ton of storage and priced accordingly
