Pleasantly surprised to find out how well this modem/router or is compatible with Xfinity. Although it does not have the capability for advanced Smart Wi-Fi features like setting up Guest Access or Online Management, it does what it's supposed to.

Bought as a replacement for Comcast modem -not to continue paying for a monthly rental and to cut cost on my bill !!!

My first modem was a flop and I had to return it. The 2nd one is working superbly.

I had learned after I had purchased this Model that all Xfinity - Arris Modems, Cable Modems and Wireless Routers with Telephony Adapter are Refurbished, then resold on the retail market. They still work, however, they are not the latest technology, or best performing units that are out there. Do your research.

Plug and play. Works as advertised. Not as fast as I would have liked, but fastest available with VOIP built in.

Great range, and no more buffering.... And thirdly no more monthly rental fee.

I wasn't sure what I needed when I got to the store, but after I explained the situation to the store tech, he knew just what I was looking for. He was a great help and thecheckout process was fast even though it was a busy time there

This modem router is a combo modem and router all in one. It performs as listed and is a cost effective unit.

We just recently bought this because we switched to Comcast. A bummer because I had already bought a new modem and wifi earlier this year. I'm a little disappointed because my tv won't connect with it when there doesn't seem to be a reason for it not to. My phone connects, but it is very sluggish on response when I go to the internet. It seems ok though when I'm using an IPad.

Comcast cable install modem works well. I hope my cable bill will be reduced by $10.00 per month as promised.

Replaced old router and am surprised by the coverage in my house. House built in the 50ies and no dead spots

I bought this modem/router because it's the only one that works with Comcast and I didn't want to rent. It works great with the computer and phone, no problems there. Ever since I got this modem, my printer only prints sporadically. No one seems to know what the problem is, so I just try to print at non-busy times. If I never needed to print, it would be great.

Same as you would get from Comcast, and in less than a year it pays for it self with rental fees you save.

The modem setup is easy, but neither Xfinity phone or in person tech support could get download speeds over 35mbs. I subscribe to Blast Internet service from Xfinity, so it was really disappointing that they could not properly configure it. So, I returned it and am stuck with leasing a unit from Xfinity.

Was having all kind of problems with my cable box. I came to best buy and bought one. No more problem and no more monthly charge. Thank you best buy for having what I needed....

Most modems run their course in a couple of years. I was fortunate I purchased Geek Squad support and got a $0 replacement of my modem. The associate was very helpful in making sure I had the right one for my Comcast internet.

So it's the 3 in one for Comcast which works good if you are connecting it direct to your computer no problem. Wireless it would drop connection at times especially if you aren't that close to it. I decided to buy all of it separately and I would say it's way better. The one I had gotten prior through Comcast worked great but wasn't going to pay the monthly fee for it

Modem works acceptably but wireless coverage is spotty and needed an extender to reach some rooms in house.

It's awful that "Comcast monopolizes a modem so you have to purchase it to use their service but no issues with the modem. Only issues with Comcast. It took 10 hours for Comcast to hook up a phone line with this modem,
