can't beat price

REMOVE CARD AND INSPECT FAN BLADES!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans revving up/whining real loud, not working. Disconnect and inspect immediately. Found a small sticky rubber grommet on the back of one of the fan blades to be the culprit. Bad manufacturing flaw. Don;t stick your head near the case. TAKE THE CARD OUT AND INSPECT IT! What surprises me is these have been on the market with issues trickling in and crickets from XFX.
