My first Yakuza game, and I am blown away. The character models look great and the environment the game takes place in is beautiful and vibrant. Says PS4 Pro enhanced, but it's a little misleading because the game isn't HDR capable or 4K. Apparently on the original PS4, the game actually runs at 900p and on the Pro 1080p. Little disappointing to not utilize the power of the PS4 pro(this game came out in 2016 in Japan) to really show how beautiful this game can be,. Combat is solid and plenty of things to do!

The finale to the YAKUZA story. IMO this story took a very realistic turn. And it ends in a very satisfying way and it complete the Dragons arc well. Been playing this series since the PS2 and its nice to have it come to completion. And a new chapter with a new main character will be coming. More RPG like then this game was.

As this is the last in the series, I would say that it went out with a bang, more to do instead of staying on the linear path. Great combat and story

next gen graphics, streamlined combat, endless activities. yakuza 6 is the culmination of 20 years japanese open world adventure game at its best

Yakuza 6 is an amazing conclusion to the series. I have played Yakuza 0 and I have also obtained Kiwami 1 and Kiwami 2. The series has amazing side quests and other activities that drag you away from the gritty narrative to give a sense of levity and fun. The artbook is also the case for the game. I would suggest this as a solid purchase.

I really liked the game I've played all yakuza games including the spinoffs overall really good game. I feel the fighting felt the weakest in the entire series very bland and I also felt there was alot less to do idk if its I really enjoyed the game or if its less content but it is the only yakuza game that I platinum so idk. If your a fan pick up.

This game offers one of the best realized crime stories of the medium. It also marks the conclusion of Kiryu Kazuma’s story, granting him an ending befitting such a well-rounded character. And the best part is that you don’t have to be a Yakuza expert to appreciate how it all ends.

This have kinda reminds me of shenmue. I couldn't reallyget into it though because I didn't play any of the older ones. The graphics are nice and it seemed like it had a lot of story but it is very different story wise then Western RPGs, so it may turn some off. I would recommend starting at the beginning of the series weather them get this one. That's what I'm planning on doing.

The Yakuza series is so refreshing when you need a break from the way so many games have become today. 0 is my favorite, but Yakuza 6 is a phenomenal way to end the series. Although Yakuza has a loyal following, I feel that it’s still underrated. Anyone who loves gaming should give this series a try.

I got this game on sale, so I paid super cheap for it. I'd be very disappointed if I paid full price for this edition, since it kinda sucks. The game though is amazing, super happy with it. Haven't played it much since I've decided to replay all other games again, but what I played looked awesome.

Only recommended it you played the other five previous games. Otherwise, a lot of references will be missed. Great innovation of the mechanics and brilliant story telling. It's also has 5 Sega classic arcade games including Virtua fighter 5 playable when you get tired of the plot.

Great gampley, great graphics, great side quest. Welcome to Yakuza 6. If you are new to the series I recommend to start with Yakuza 0 the Kwami and Kwami 2, If you played those then you owe it to yourself to finish the story. Get it full price and support the series.

Yakuza has always been a go-to franchise for me. I love the charming locations and characters, and the depth to which the stories have been crafted. Yakuza 6 definitely continues with this tradition. If you have been a fan of any of the Yakuza games in the past, you will love entry as well.

I have played most of the yakuza games at this point, All in all this was the perfect end to the perfect story. I was so happy to buy it when it first came out. Now I'm just genuinely sad that it's over. These games always have given me the story I wanted so badly from games and to see a story as wonderful as this one makes me the happiest I've been in gaming in a long time. Thank you to the creators of this series for everything.

Everything you love (or pretty much everything you hate) about this long-winded ridiculous, campy, and somehow still very excellent series is back. This is supposedly the last entry starring the Dragon of Dojima but he'll probably come back some day.

This one isn’t the best in the series in combat, but like before the story in the game is top-notch, combat isn’t fun like previous games but doesn’t mean it’s bad. Love this game a must play for me. Hope Yakuza Kiwami 2 comes out fast and they port previous ones to PS4.

The Yakuza 6: The Song of Life "Essence of Art Edition" for the PlayStation 4 is a good and entertaining game. I purchased it after my trip from Japan. You really do get that Japanese feeling in the game. The gameplay is somewhat similar to Grand Theft Auto. The added extras are nice but I ended up looking at the booklet maybe once or twice.

Spoilers ahead: The game is a great send off to Kiryu, after having been the protagonist since Yakuza 0. The new engine is fantastic and makes gameplay smoother than in the past entries. I cant wait to see how good Judgement and Yakuza 7 are!

Got this for my collection, haven't opened it yet as I have a big backlog to get through. It was on sale and seemed like a no brainer. I'm new to the yakuza series but I've heard you don't have to be familiar to enjoy this series. The added art book is a great idea and I've seen online the way they have incorporated it into the package is a really great idea. I can't wait to delve into this series.
