The Yakuza games were some of the best PS2 games around. To see the love and care in remastering them from the ground up and adding new features is amazing. If you never have played them start with Yakuza 0 and this one and you will fall for the franchise.

While Yakuza 0 is a better game, Kiwami still offers up most of what is good about the Yakuza series of games. Don't be fooled like I was, Yakuza are light-hearted game full of wacky events despite being about Japanese mafia. In between beating up thugs, you'll run errands and interact with a bunch of interesting characters in an authentic Japanese city.

Awesome game. Great Graphics and story. The fighting mechanics are also great.

Love Yakuza franchise and this is well done. You'll enjoy the minigames too.

The Yakuza series is underrated and this was a great way to bring fans back.

graphics are not as good as I expected like the game kind of annoying every corner you turn is a fight though. wish the world was larger

This the game that started the whole series remade for modern gaming console, so it's actually playable. This is a fun game and if you liked any of the earlier Yakuza games you will like this one too.

It's a great remake and I have no complaints with it. I've always been a fan of the series and picked this up on sale to replay it (original on PS2). The graphics received a great overhaul and the gameplay is just as fun as I remember.

Love this series. A definite buy. The steelcase...while cool, is not necessary (My opinion). Cannot go wrong with this or Yakuza 0.

A solid game priced the right way. Feels like an expansion for Yakuza Zero. My only problem is that it feels like a downgrade from Yakuza Zero, Which came out before Kiwami. Bring those Yakuza games to the rest of the world quickly now.. having the rest wait years only damages the product. Looking forward to Yakuza 6 and Kiwami 2.

Yakuza Kiwami SteelBook Edition - PlayStation 4 Haven't played it yet. The Slip Cover and Steel Book artwork is fantastic though.
