For $30, you'd have to be crazy to not get this game. There's SO MUCH content involved for only $30. If you've played Yakuza 0 (which is a very fine game), then you'll love this as well since it's built off the same engine.

This was a chance buy that was really affordable. I've made it most of the way through and the story has a lot of depth. The game play is a lot of fun plus getting it in the steel book edition is a good bonus.

I played the original Yakuza way back when on the PS2 and loved it. This version just makes it all better, with bringing ties to Yakuza 0, and the more modern, if still a little clunky, system of the current Yakuza games.

Great remake of the original yakuza. Play the Crain games.

This was my introduction to the series and is a prequel to "0". If you've always wanted to get into the series, now is the time. This game is fantastic and a perfect introductory into an underrated beat'em up series

it is sooo much to do in this game. you can fight, fish, dance, drink, eat, also date. Also gameplay and story mode. there are also arcade games like ping pong, claw machine, underground fights, and more.

This is a great game that have a good story line as you play through different chapters One you pick up your controller, you don't want to put it down until you either finish that chapter or the game. Good Stuff!

It may be a quick HD port, but it gets the job done. Great to see it more accessible to play on a newer console.

If you're not looking to spend much but get a great gaming experience, this is it. Excellent revamp of a good PS2 game. Graphics are on par with today's games, and other aspects have been updated as well. A remake of the second game is due out in August (and the newest in the series is coming very soon).

Works great for streaming and it's easy to side load.

Having played the original, this game brings back so many fond memories. It also adds enough new content to keep the game fresh. I strongly recommend this game, especially if you didnt play the original.

I wanted to buy Yakuza 6 but wanted to start at the beginning. Looks like they'll be redoing the whole Yakuza line into Kiwami so if you haven't caught up, like me, this would be a great time to do so!

I love Japanese games. I’ve been hooked since Dreamcast shenmue. This game is really fun and very similar. The story line is entertaining and has a perfect balance of combat and story line.
