Yakuza games are the best, not only do they have great engrossing main stories, main characters you can really get involved with, plus all the crazy side quests and mini games, Yakuza Kiwami is no exception.

The Yakuza Kiwami is the original Yakuza that was released for the Playstation 2, though it's been remasterd! The entire series from the first one all the way to 5 will be getting a remaster, so it'll be a good way to catch up on this series without having to find a playstaion 2 to play on.

Was hoping to pickup Yakuza 0 but its sold out everywhere. Didnt play the original ps2 version so thought id get this while i wait for Y0. Amazing game. Tons of good content and an intriguing storyline

If you played Yakuza 0 then you'll know what to expect. This game is lighter on content but at a price this low it's really good deal. I hope SEGA keeps up the localizations of this beguiling game series.

I never finished the first Yakuza game. I tried to go back and play it years later but it was very dated. This is a great new coat of paint and a lot of the gameplay has been refined so that it doesn't feel so dated. If you want to get into Yakuza from the beginning, this won't disappoint.

Fantastic game. First game of the series that I’ve played, but definitely want to play Yakuza 0 and Yakuza 6 when I finish this awesome game. If you like Shenmue, this game is definitely for you.

Everything that made the original Yakuza game for the PS2 an incredible experience is enhanced for the PS4. Yakuza Kiwami is another amazing game in the series and shows how a remaster is truly made!

The OG, the PS2 game that started it all is on PS4 now and it's definitely worth the budget price.

Yakuza series are underrated in general, This game, while having less overall content compared to 0, is still an amazing game as it is a complete version of the original yakuza game.

Like most Yakuza games, the game is action and combat based and is enjoyable to fight hordes of enemies. If you're new to the series, especially after Yakuza 0, this is worth the purchase.

This is my first foray into the Yakuza series. The storytelling and dialogue are top notch and can be heartfelt at times but also rife with moments of levity. Lots of side activities and minigames to play. Smooth graphics, if not mind blowing. Can get repetitive but what game doesn't?

So great having the first yakuza remade for PS4. If you love truly great story telling and fun fighting this is a game for you. Note that it’s in Japanese so you’ll be reading quite a bit.

An absolute joy to play, no other series gives off the same vibe as the yakuza games. Tons of fun and silly content that somehow meshes extremely well with it's serious story.

Fantastic game. If you don’t mind reading subtitles then this is a fantastic game. I thought it was really cool that the characters spoke Japanese.

Although Kiwami isn't as good as 0, it's still a fantastic game that pushes the series' plot forward. A remake of the first game, you can see its PS2 roots quite clearly, but that's hardly a fault. It's charming and the gameplay is still excellent, if a bit harder.

Storyline is pretty good & the animation is great even the sideline stories are pretty good.

Slowly eases you into a story filled with intrigue and backstabbing. Switches seamlessly between navigating the streets of Kamurocho and the street brawls. The brawls can get somewhat repetitive, yet there are numerous side activities to distract you and add levity to the plot.

Been wanting to play this for a loooong time. When I found out that it was remastered for the ps4 I had to get it. Am enjoying it a lot. Going to pick up zero when I finish this game.

I'm glad this game got a proper remake a lot of new Yakuza fans did not start playing until the 3rd installment it would be good for 3,4,5 all to be remastered for current gen platform.
