Played this after being addicted to Yakuza 0. The storyline continues and probably makes a lot more sense because I played 0. Graphics are good and will keep you entertained for hours.

This is the very first Yakuza game made Remaster for the PlayStation 4. Is a great way for new players to experience the classic Yakuza without the dated technology and gameplay.

This game feels like a nice expansion to Yakuza 0 with some fun little additions. As I never played the first Yakuza on the PS2 I cannot compare the two. But this game kept my full attention for the about 30 hours I put into it ever after playing 0 right before.

I was so pumped when playing the whole game it kept me wanting to play more so awesome!

This game was in due for a good remake, and it delivers pretty well. Building up from Yakuza Zero, Kiwami tells the story of the first Yakuza game that makes them feel really connected and part of a whole story. If you've played Zero, you'll like this.

Yakuza Kiwami is a complete remake of the original Playstation 2 game Yakuza from the ground up. It uses the same graphics engine as Yakuza 0 and borrows heavily from that game in terms of general game play. This includes the fighting system, CGI cut scenes, and fully voiced NPCs (except for minor ones you encounter exploring the city). There is also extra content included that was not in the original Yakuza - i.e., random battles with Majima Goro which are required to level up the Dragon fighting style, mini-games, and a much more fleshed-out backstory for Akira Nishikiyama which better explains how he turned bad.

The newer Yakuza games are longer and more captivating, but this remaster of the game that started it all is a great place for newcomers to start, or for fans to see how the series has progressed while still enjoying the modern graphics afforded by the new consoles.

This is a remake of the 1st Yakuza game. If you're starting out, get Yakuza 0 first to understand the story better. Other than that Sega did a terrific job remaking Yakuza 1.

I really regret not buying these times of games before. I never knew how much I would enjoy them. Have been buying every single Yakuza game I can get my hand on. Super fun!

I got this game for ten bucks. It’s really solid. It has fun gameplay andnis a lot longer than you’d expect. I’ve already recommended this to friends and family members.

This remake is much more then just upgrade game play and graphics. If you have play any Yakuza games in the pass this one is a must have. It's a remake of the PS2 original game

Yakuza Kiwami is a great remaster with a bunch of new content. A great story filled with mystery, fun side quests and mini-games will keep you entertained for dozens of hours.

If you like Yakuza 0 then this game is a must. It's a little shorter, but worth it.

I got this game for $20 and it's such a great value purchase. The story is engaging and keeps you on your toes as you go around the city of Kamurocho. In addition, the game provides a good amount of side content that can potentially be very humorous.

This is the sequel to yakuza zero and is just amazing fun to play and experience! it more than gta and i personally love it especially the combat hundreds of hours of fun

If you haven't played any of the Yakuza games yet, this is a great place to start.

I love this remake of yakuza it’s a great retelling of the first game in the franchise and they have added a bunch of new mini games, new scenes, new engine, and new combat.

This is my first time playing this series and so far I am enjoying it alot. If you enjoy semi Open World brawlers then look no further than the Yakuza series.

I've been reading/watching a lot about the Yakuza series for so many years and I've finally got to play it. I like this type of game where there is a lot of fighting. There is some side quests which I'm not to fond of but I still love this game.
