This game is a must buy if you a Yakuza fan. It also come with a steelbook, which I think every Yakuza games should come with a steelbook.

It's like a more focused GTA. Way more to the story with this game. Is not for everyone but if you like GTA I would say give it a chance.

This game continues or "starts" the Yakuza series depending if you played 0 first. I recommend starting with this game first before 0. Even though the timeline will be flipped, it's better to start on this first because 0 spoils you with the feature it gives. Kiwami will feel barebones in features compared to 0. It took me about 30 hours to beat Kiwami. I still have yet to beat 0 and I'm at 65 hours right now. Overall Kiwami is a great remaster for the continuation or "start" of the Yakuza series.

A very fun and deep open world Japanese game for the PS4!

I enjoy the story so far. This is the first time playing the 1st game in the series. I have part 3 & 4 and Dead Souls. The game look amazing.

Kiwami is a fantastic remake of the original Yakuza. I recommend starting with Yakuza 0, but even without, a fantastic standalone game.

Being that this is my first time playing the series I think it's amazing. Started with Yakuza 0 and had to play this next. Not disappointed.

If you are a fan of yakuza, you have to have Kiwami. It covers the events before Yakuza 0 and the steelbook is a really nice package.

A sequel to yakuza 0 and a remaster of the original with more to do and distract from the main story and has an immersive plot

This is a remake of the original game released on PS2. It's a great remake and lets you play the game if you started late in the series.

If you liked yakuza 0, you will like this game. It's basically the same feel but this is a remake of ps2 original. Highly recommended.

it is a remake of part 1. however, i would highly recommend starting with the prequel, yakuza 0. another great game in its own right.
