So far, so excellent! The turn-based combat took a bit of getting used to, but this is still definitely a Yakuza game, through and through.

Yakuza 7 is strayed away from the usual beat em up to a turn based rpg gameplay. To be honest, I like that change. This is a game that you don't need prior knowledge to the previous games, but it is welcomed if you do. I finished the game in maybe 70+ hours because there are tons of sidequests and minigames. Difficulty wise, it isn't really that hard. However in the very late chapters, there is somewhat a big level curve and you may have to grind.

Great turn based RPG. At times feels like an adult persona, even with social links. Grindy at times, but fun.

Yakuza franchise is the best of best, i love this series since it came out on ps2. Yakuza has been allways been an beat 'em up game but Like a Dragon is a turn base rpg. This game is awesome the change to turn base is great and still has all the crazyness and goofyness and the amazing story that the yakuza series allways has. One more thing,this game has a lot of things to do like side quests and mini games. I recommend this game.

Originally owned the Asia PS4 version, purchased this version for the PS5 experience. The story is good, and I can’t wait for the upcoming sequel! (P.s. As the time I purchased, it did not come with steelbook, but it’s okay)
