They are amazing, I love them last longer than the one with wifi.

The lock itself was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately I do not have a smart phone (you really need the app). When I contacted customer service they gave basic instructions and there was no way to reset to lock (I tried their instructions several times - they told me to send a video???)

Lock works great the only thing I would add to The features is the fact that if it doesn't lock to give notifications about it other than that works great

Does not come with a smart module, which can make set ups, especially for Airbnb's a bit difficult.

This is my second Yale purchase. I had the Assure SL before this. Both work really well. The only thing about the new one is that its not yet compatible with ZWave. Hopefully that support comes soon.

The installation was rather easy. You may need to deepen the hole in the door casing for the deadbolt to fit. Sometimes I get an error that the door is jammed or that it’s not locked because the bolt doesn’t fully engage. On the plus side when it does work well I can use my Apple Watch to unlock the door

Easy to install, easy to configure and setup. Looks good but not very functional. There is no lever on the outside and it's not easy to close the door by holding or pulling the touch pad. I finally returned this.

Awesome lock, unfortunatley it has the same as another model so I bought the wrong one

Great door lock, but needs to include the smart part of the "Smart Door Lock" for this price.

I thought i wouldnt like it because this is the non wifi model but you can add a it to this one. But even without wifi on it, it works great.

All in works well, but need Wi-Fi module sold separately to get the most out of it

Like it. Would like better with key access. I recommend.

I love this smart lock, great functionality for the price. I was able to make it work with Apple Homekit even without buying the WiFi module.

No other complaints to speak of. It went right in my homkit set up and it work perfecly.

Front door lock works great can also unlock and lock with your smart phone great purchase over all.

This bluetooth lock worked great with our existing door. We had a previous bluetooth lock and this one works alot better than the previous. It was very easy to install but I have changed this door lock out at least 3 times so it probably is easier due to the knowledge of doing it previously. It fit perfectly and setup was very easy. I was able to program the keypad and the app was very easy to download and install the app. I like the buttons on the keypad as they are better than the previous lock I had which those keys were more of a touch pad which what I like about this is it has seperate keys and you know when you depress the key. We don't use that feature as the bluetooth works great so we now use that feature over pressing the keypad. I did read that the keyed portion can be keyed to an existing key. I have not tried that feature yet as we don't use keys that often of ever now days. I like that you could program the lock to have a 2-factory authenticiation which we don't use but if you are concerned about how to enter your home you could be at ease that someone couldn't try and guess your code and get into your home. I did read that if I tied this lock to my Apple TV I could use it with the wifi and be able to open and lock my house thru wifi. I will be trying that shortly as that could help if you ever have someone dropping something off and you can see on a security camera the person is at the front door that you know. Great lock and I will be purchasing another one for another house very soon.

Easy to set up and you can give each child there own codes that they each remember. I love this!

Love this lock for our house. Works with HomeKit & I can assign different codes for different people
