Great lock and gets the job done. I bought the Bluetooth one but needed to buy the wifi module to hook it to my smart home

20 minutes to set up. No issues. Unlocks from phone faster than juggling keys. Make sure it’s compatible with your door first. Super handy to check from anywhere in the house if the door is locked. Sleek design. Chose the bluetooth option over wifi for battery life.

This is a great lock. It was relatively easy to install. It connected very easily with the app. I like being able to navigate easily. The color I chose complements my house and door. So far I am very pleased. High quality product!

Works great! Setup was easy. I didn’t want to give access to random agents for selling my home and I didn’t want a lockbox outside.
Didn’t have to drill any new holes or cutouts. Programming and entering I. Codes are all down via the app. Seems very robust and sturdy.

I'll admit, I was an early adopter of smart locks years ago, and so I'm on my 3rd product. This one finally feels like it's a reasonably mature product that actually works the way they say it does. The app is simple and stable and works every time. The physical bits seem well made. The only complaint I have is that the setup process is a bit uneven. There are these great little videos to guide you step-by-step through the install which I liked. When you're done, it's not at all clear how to set up the app -- you just have to open it up and start clicking on options one by one, top to bottom and you'll get it all set.
I went for the option with the physical buttons because a reviewer pointed out that the touchscreen just doesn't engage right away, you have to know to touch the Yale logo first to 'activate' it, and this can confuse some people (say a visitor you give a code to.)
I also like that you can order it without a Wifi module (limit your investment until you're convinced it actually works well with Bluetooth) and then add that later if you wish.

Lock works great. Had it installed by the geek squad also and Joel was absolutely incredible. This isn't the first time that I've had Joel install something in my house and each time he has been incredibly professional and helpful. Joel needs a raise for sure

I got the lock because my kid keeps losing his key it was easy to setup but If you have the money to get a better Yale lock do so I use the Auto Unlock feature but it’s not as good as you would think having one that could hook up to WiFi makes a better choice as it would make more sense then Bluetooth but if you’re just getting a lock for the same reason I did then none of that matters

So far, the lock works great, it identifies when I arrive and unlocks the door for me, it also locks automatically after according to my settings. You can set guest codes so you know who domes in and out of your home

Great smart lock! I got it as a holiday gift for my family member and her and her family love this door lock! They did say it was not so easy to install, but it is so easy and simple to use. Very convenient. And looks great!

Great smart lock. Installation is comparable to what is required with a few other smart locks we’ve had over the past couple years. This one in particular is more responsive and intuitive than others we’ve tried. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install. Works well. I can use Alexia to open and close. It also opens when I approach the door. I really like that it automatically locks after a short period of time and the period of time is easy to change.
