    These are the worst smart locks I’ve ever used. The battery lasts MAYBE a month, the connection is super unreliable, and setting up doorsense is essentially impossible. Absolutely avoid

    I bought the nest version and then switched over to this one. It works great with HomeKit if you use Apple HomeKit.

    Change Batteries once and now it will not power on with new batteries. Went to store to buy new set of batteries still will not power on. On phone with support now. Just from Changing batteries and how to place the batteries is inside of the lock
