    I dont really know what to say about thi lock. I prefer the August Wifi Smart Lock, this one made by Yale is so so..tried to connect the lock to the door and a spring popped off and the lock couldnt be installed. price to expensive to have a spring pop off so quickly, and installation is a pain.

    I'm very happy with the product but not with the geek squad installation. Overall it all happened, but one wifi module is missing, and it wasn't set up properly, causing me 2 weeks of aggravation on the phone with Best Buy, trying to get them to solve it!

    I bought this when we installed a security screen on our front door. The door has an older Nest Yale lock, which I really like, but this one is even better. The only problems were with setup, which was a complete pain. Once I got it working though, no further issues.

    I had to do my research when it came to purchasing a smart lock. This smart lock stood out to me the most how slick it is and best if all the features. Love how I can set up Auto -Lock and Unlock & grant & suspend access to guest. Best investment and purchase I’ve ever made.

    I got this for my apartment and it was easy to set up. I also own a few google nest products and like the fact that everything works together pretty smoothly. I can tell my nest hub to lock/unlock the door. It automatically unlocks the door when I arrive home and locks when I come in.
