love the design, love the look, love that its blu tooth.... but I can't figure out how to just set a code, and customer service sucks. The instructions do not tell you how to do this either. I'm a fairly tech-savvy person but this thing is not easy to program.

Lock provides amazing ease of use. Integrates with an Apple iPhone or Apple Watch seemlessly. Walk up to the door and it unlocks for you, I installed a push/pull door knob to make it easier to enter when your hands are full. Keypad is bright and lights up when you need it to. Highly recommend for Apple users (not sure how compatibilty is for Android) but this lock is the one you want. 5/5

Works amazing so well I bought 2. The only thing I had a problem was with the batteries draining quick. After calling Yale they helped me figure out the problem. they actually sent me a bridge, which fixed the problem right away. It is nice to know you can manage your locks from away from home.

Really solid hardware, packaging, ease of install. Modular components for wireless tech is genius. Not all settings are available via Wifi module, some key features, like auto lock timing are only available through local, Bluetooth. I wish it had NFC.

I bought this when we installed a security screen on our front door. The door has an older Nest Yale lock, which I really like, but this one is even better. The only problems were with setup, which was a complete pain. Once I got it working though, no further issues.

Works well, but if you have the wifi adapter and you enable it the battery life pretty much is gone. Works well otherwise

Super secure and customizable. We love this lock and feel super safe at home with our infant. Its also very customizable, able to give temporary or timed codes to guests/dog walkers.

Works great with HomeKit! Easy to install and get working with the app. Added easily to HomeKit. Only downside is that is doesn't include support for Apple Home Key, but overall very happy with this smart lock. Good build quality. Price is a little high, but worth it in my opinion.

This product is amazing it only took 1 hour the max to set it up and it was simple and easy. The instructions were on point and I would highly recommend this product. You can easily lock it with a touch of a finger tip.

Replaced an older keypad lock and have no regrets. This one is quite pricy but worth it. The proxy lock is meh, but everything else about this lock I'm loving. The keypad is bright and easy to use. The lock is smooth and looks good on the door.
