Awesome keypad. Easy to use and I love the app and the notifications that I can setup. Makes it so much easier than keeping track of keys—especially for the kids. I’d definitely recommend this product.

Very nice lock and is easy to install. I love the auto-unlock feature when your hands are full. A little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

Setup was not as siple as stated, We are a family of 4 with normal use batteries lasted 3 months and lock gave no warning, no flashing lights nothing. Wife came home and lock was dead. Since we opted for the no key version she was locked out of the house and since it was my idea to go "smart lock" not happy wife = major problems for me. Does not give accurate status of lock being locked when locked manually. Maybe 3 stars is generous.

Easy to use and works good. Setting up the code was a little tricky. The website isn't really easy to navigate to find answers to questions. But the product itself is really nice.

This touchscreen deadbolt is great. It’s easy to operate and using the Yale app we are able to assign many codes to different people and give access only on necessary days and times.

Works great very reliable! Love the ability to assign/send codes to friends/relatives. A little pricy so only 4 stars!

I have it installed on my door and it works really well. It also has logs that show who went in and out and probably can be used if you have renters living in your house

I love this smart lock so far. The built in wi-fi comes very handy. I just wish it had the key option to have piece of mind in case the batteries died. Great product overall

Overall it works well . Install was the worst part of it..finding out how to set the access code could have been more clear.

Best decision to switch to a smart door lock! Love the auto unlocking feature and in app functionality. It’s a plus to have one less key on my key ring !

Got this to help put our minds at ease when we leave the house. No more turning around the car to see if the door is locked, easy and safe checking

I upgraded my keypad/keyed non smart lock with this and it's worked out really well. Installation was easy and the features and reliability is 100 percent.

I really like this lock. Looks nice and clean. Solid constructions. Buttons feel nice to press. Unfortunately it only works about 75-80% of the time when you try to ask Siri to unlock it, or it uses the location based unlock (example: unlocks when I pull into the driveway). I have 1GB internet service and the lock is only 30' from my router. No other devices seem to have issues. Hopefully future updates will resolve this

Love this keyless lock. The install was super simple and they have videos to help you. Once installed, setting up through the app was a breeze.

Look at other options. Purchased June 2023. Starting having issues a few weeks back and have tried troubleshooting/resetting to no avail. Called customer service today and after going through the same process with them they notified me there must be an issue with the motherboard but since it was 6 months past warranty, they can't help me. I asked about paying for repair or buying a replacement motherboard and that is not an option. They offered 20% off a new lock but I will be looking at other brands at this point. Ridiculous that I am just supposed to trash this after less than three years and buy a new one. So now I have a glorified deadbolt and will not be purchasing or recommending any Yale products.

Easy to install, convenient to use. I especially like the app features - being able to unlock my front door remotely is so convenient!

Works as expected. Great look and finish with a contemporary look with a touch of antique. Easy setup and works perfectly with HomeKit.

Setup should have been simple but the smart app you have to use isn't that great. I created a new account and associated the lock and then it immediately kicked me out and claimed my account never existed so I had to call support to reset the lock remotely and make a 2nd account with exactly the same details. About two hours gone. The battery life is ok but keep 4x AA handy every few months. A new issue is the lock will randomly not unlock. You can enter the pin and press the checkmark and then it does absolutely nothing and becomes unresponsive, even after replacing the batteries. Support wants proof of this but it happens maybe once every two weeks and I'm not sure how to replicate the issue at this point. Once you reset the batteries, it works fine again for a while. Be weary of a keyless deadbolt and make sure you have an alternative method in. It should have been a red flag from the set up process not going through properly.
