    Purchased this lock because of all the good reviews. 1 month after puchase the wifi issues begin. I have switched networks and moved wireless router 5ft from the door and it still keeps disconnecting from wifi. Then the lock randomly shuts down and stop working, so I have tk keep removing and replacing the batteries to resrart it. There have been multiple times where no one realized the lock wasn't workkng and left the house and it never Auto locked nor locked when the yale button was pushed. I called tech support and they were no help. I was told i would receive a call back from a supervisor and its been 5weeks and still no call. I was told that in order to do a warranty exchange I would have to take a video of the lock not working and me taking it apart to get it to work.

    I got this Yale door lock as i had to travel in an emergency. I needed to give access to an number of people to help care for my dogs while i handled the emergency. Everyone got a code and if the code for some reason did not work I would unlock the door from accross the states. This is the best thing i could have found for my home.
