Just as i said above great product, installation can require modification to the door depending on your situation. Had to heavily modify the door and the frame for it to fit and function. Once you get it in though it works like a charm.

Purchased this lock because of all the good reviews. 1 month after puchase the wifi issues begin. I have switched networks and moved wireless router 5ft from the door and it still keeps disconnecting from wifi. Then the lock randomly shuts down and stop working, so I have tk keep removing and replacing the batteries to resrart it. There have been multiple times where no one realized the lock wasn't workkng and left the house and it never Auto locked nor locked when the yale button was pushed. I called tech support and they were no help. I was told i would receive a call back from a supervisor and its been 5weeks and still no call. I was told that in order to do a warranty exchange I would have to take a video of the lock not working and me taking it apart to get it to work.

So far so good, it works with automations notifies us and it works well even far from modem

It works REALLY nicely! The install was cumbersome and the directions fire the digital setup just aren't clear. Their website isn't any better, go to YouTube for help. Didn't include DoorSense piece.

Product works as intended. Love the feature of auto locking when you leave or have been home for a few minutes. No issues as of now, have had it for about 2 months.

Good lock and solid brand i like that it has a key back up. My main favorite feature is it unlcoks when i walk up to the door. Great for groceries and when its raining

door lock feels cheap and had a tough time calibrating with my front door. other smart locks that i've tried didnt have this issue.

Like the lock thus far, working seamlessly. A bunch of options as far as using it - app, key pad code, google home / apple homekit and of course a physical key for emergencies! Geek squad installation was very efficient.

Lock works exactly how I would expect it to. I love that I am able to provide people with temporary codes in case I am out of town. Also appreciate that ability to see if the door is open/closed.

This is a really great lock. Work really well and easy to setup.

Out of the dozens of smart locks I’ve owned - these are by far the buggiest ones I’ve ever encountered. They worked great for a couple of months and then non stop problems with all three that we bought. The app is no better either. Constant error messages. On two of them - they no longer recognize when new batteries are put in so they are just dead. Can’t be used at all. We have a teenager that comes home from school and was locked out of the house because of these faulty locks. Completely unacceptable. Had I reviewed these when they were new I would have given three to four stars but after having them for a few months it’s zero.

Cant get same code for front and back door on the air bnb app to my guests , Its not as high security as the Schlage but for the price it does the job . My locksmith said it rekeys to quickset keys . I would verify that tho. I prefer Schlage but i couldnt afford it for 2 doors just starting out this short term rental on my budget.

It works great. Would be better if it had a lever attached to open and close the door

It's just ok. The install is nothing too crazy, though there is slight separation between my door and the lock, if I push the keypad side and the lock side together it fixes itself temporarily. This did not affect my rating, even if it was totally flush, I feel as if it is just ok. The app is a bit lackluster, and I feel as if the smart functionality is limited even on more expensive versions of the lock, so its 3/5 for me.

One of the functions that interests me most about this lock is DooSense so that it locks automatically when you close the door, after a few weeks the sensor stopped working, I have tried to calibrate it many times, I factory reset the device, I changed its position the magnet, I have done everything and it doesn't work

Love this key lock. Very easy to install and connect. We bought a second one for the our side door. The battery in the unit doesn’t die fast

This installs pretty easily. The app is easy to use. To unlock and lock from the outside, it's super quiet compared to our other one from BP Security.

Just purchased 3 of them for my airbnb. You must be primary on the lock and airbnb account for interface to work. Customer service was able to help!

Smart locks are a great. Only drawback has been keeping them connected to WiFi.
