It has excellent features. Only concern is it doesn’t lock completely, need to press the door

Not too complicated to install but programming instructions not clear at all. So far so good on performance.

The product works well, but the door must be perfectly aligned for this product to work successfully.

Siri doesn't always work but does pull up the home app and its very fast to open I will give it that

Nice product but make sure you choose the right one. I have the one for Alexa but I should have bought the one for Nest. Thank goodness I have Alexa.

I have a previous version of this same brand for 2 years now and I simply love it. With this new one, the experience of getting notifications and managing passwords within the app is mind blowing.

Works pretty well. Unlocking from my phone doesn’t work most of the time

Bought this one because of the yale brand and the integration with August lock app that works seamlessly with short term rental platforms, great lock!!

I bought this lock for integration into Apple HomeKit so I could use Siri and Automation. The lock itself works well if not using the smart features (HomeKit). The minute you connect it to HomeKit it turns into a trainwreck. The first HomeKit module that came with the lock did not work. Called support and they told me they would send a replace as the HomeKit module was bad. After a week and a half I contacted support again and the replacement was never sent. it tool almost 3 weeks to get the replacement. When I set up the replacement it was buggy/challenging and then wiped out my entire Apple Home set up. All my Hue lights, SmartPlugs, Garage Door were wiped out by this lock- so frustrating!!! When I finally got everything set up again after a week, the LOCK STILL DOES NOT WORK. It randomly unlocks the door whenever it wants (middle of night, afternoon when we are not home). This product is so bad and their support is also bad.

Really like the lock. Installation is not as easy as I'd hoped.

I enjoy having the keyless entry it works well with Alexa and I also have the ring door bell camera. It's a great combination of security.

I brought this lock and I absolutely love it. I love the Auto Unlock feature. It making coming home from shopping so much easier.

Works exactly as it is supposed to and works seemlessly with Apple HomeKit, which is what I have been looking for. Excellent purchase

you can keep track of your door in real time and create passwords for you to use. Excellent, I recommend it to everyone

The lock is easy to set up, but was shocked to find that I needed to have an Apple TV integrated to use the product remotely. May have purchased the Nest Yale version if I knew, because with out it the lock does not integrate to your iPhone.
