    It s a nice luck and I love its color It’s very reliable but the only issue I have with it is that it’s numpad is not sensitive enough sometimes I have to enter the passcode like 3 times before it gets it right!

    I like our door lock, the touch surface works, but the big issue I have is with the wifi bridge, it isn’t the best and I have trouble connecting it to Bluetooth.

    WORST MISTAKE EVER BUYING THIS! I want my money back. Installing it was easy, connecting it was easy, but a week after that, it was a complete nightmare. I wish I had listened to other reviews about it stopping and starting and disconnecting randomly, etc. I thought mine would be different. This is a WASTE OF MONEY. I bought this to make the experience for my AIRBNB guest better, but it's only caused a big headache.
