We purchased this lock after reading reviews and we are not disappointed. We had another brand that failed and this was a replacement. This was easy to set and to add additional codes.

It's has worked great since installed about 2 weeks ago but my problem is the misleading instructions for installing the door sensor. There is a pic that shows where to drill the hole. The pic shows the sensor goes below the hole where the door locks. So we drilled below the hole and it didn't work. Then we drilled again,below the hole, but nearer, and it still didn't work. So we went online only to find out the sensor goes above the hole. It worked..yay..but I now have 2 huge holes below ..not happy!

So far, so good. Works as advertised / WiFi control via Yale App. Keypad has been programmed (easy - follow directions). Smooth operation / Would buy again and recommend to friends and family.

Has been very reliable and just a nice looking smart lock on our door. Very easy to install and easy to use. love that it can be used with Alexa also.

Installation is standard. Syncing and calibration are easy with the app. Its not super reliable in terms of staying connected.

Love it. Install straight forward. Programming simple once connected to wifi. Able to get a connection on first try - a lucky day for me, like winning the lottery.

Easy to install. The manual is overwhelming, just make sure you take the time to read it before hand if you have never installed a traditional door lock. It's simple when you prep. Does everything we need!

Absolutely the best purchase I have made. Connected it through Bluetooth on my phone and when I leave it auto locks and when I pull into my driveway it unlocks automatically. Can sweet multiple users to get in and out with ease.

Works great. Easy to use with the app. The only thing I wish is that the bolt was locked into place when extended so no one could pry it open. You can just push the bolt right back in when it’s extended.

This is an excellent lock; I have bought two in the past for family members. The instructions are simple and the installation is easy. It gets my highest recommendation.

Ive been wanting a smart lock for a while now and I’m glad I went with this one. It works well with my google home and installation was pretty easy. I love that I can lock and unlock my doors remotely..

I love never needing a key when I jog or take my dog for a quick walk. We also needed our cat looked after when we were out of town, and the custom link/code was easy to share.

I love this lock. I didn’t install it, I had a lock smith install the lock. Setting it up was easy. I did have to call Yale and they walked me through it. I love having a smart lock.

This is so convenient for times where i forget my key and the fact that I can control this from my phone is a plus and it dad easy to install.

The product is great but the app setup is weird you would think it would just be the Yale app but it’s a whole circle of weird named apps.

Great product. Thanks in training leaving very convenient the touchpad is easy to use and very clear also has a key in case you can’t use the pad for batteries being that I highly recommend

I installed the smart lock in my second home located in different state. I was able open and lock the smart lock for two days using the bridge module, but it stopped working and I was not able to control the lock with my phone out of state. I had to buy another bridge module after numerous attempts, but I I now have to wait now to go back and reconnect the new wifi module.

Great lock easy to install. The setup with the app took longer than expected but once it is setup totally happy with it. Will update review once we have it for a bit longer just now at 2 weeks

This Smart lock is so amazing. I can open my door with my phone, key pad and or my key. If I forget my phone or keys I still can get in my home. Very easy to set up. Just fallow the installation instruction and it’s ready to go.

This keyoad works really well. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to install. I love the way it gives my door a flashy look. The app also works really well.
