It is a decent lock. It is easy to install. The keypad is a little hard to use.

Setup was easy to follow and worked as advertised. Quality of lock was top notch.

Love this keypad! It is so easy to install! We loved it so much that we got one for each entry door!

Works well, auto locks and unlocks when you leave home or on the way home. Actually unlocks when i am about 10ft away. Connects to google home app and i can check it anytime of the day. Lastly i can give out code to my friends. I payed extra for thr key version just incase wifi or something crazy happened I wouldnt be locked out of my home.

This was a good buy. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about fumbling with looking for keys when I get home. I think my only complaint would be that maybe if I had to do it again I would buy the one that has the keys just in case of an emergency, say the battery or internet stops working that was it can have keys for backup

So far so good and I love that I can lock and unlock it by voice with google nest and a pin.

This is a great lock system for the house. I love it. It is sleek and modern.

1. Box says install Yale Access first. Did that. Says scan code, back of battery cover or box. Code is nowhere to be found. August code on the module didn't work, that one is for Apple HomeKit. Connect module code scans for connection, but was telling" no lock found". Multiple resets with no success. 2. After 2 hours of struggle called Yale support. They said: uninstall Yale app, install August since it is the same, ignore Yale App. They tried to navigate me in August app to "Yale lock" and it didn't match their instructions, it called "August enabled lock" now. Finally connected to the lock via BT, they told me you are good from here. 3. Connect module couldn't pull WiFi no matter what I did. Spent 2 more hours resetting everything. Since module is branded Yale, not August, started thinking that it may not work with August app 4. Was about to through everything into the box and take back to BB but decided to try Yale App once again. That one connected the Connect module to WiFi! Everything worked fine after that 4 hours of my life were wasted on this lock made by a company who doesn't have a clue what they put into the box and how it works, it literally made me cry. Most miserable experience for any device in 2020, and I paid my money for it

Well worth the buy. Good bye to forgetting your house key at home. The peace of mind only makes it worth buying. The 4 AA batteries last a pretty long time. Very low to no maintenance needed. I like how I can assign family members or contractors a temporary password, cool feature to have. Definitely plan on getting another one for my other door.

Easy to install and great app for the phone. I would def recommend. Nice not having to carry around keys anymore.

Very happy with this door knob. Wifi and easy to use. You have a lot of control on who is opening the door.
