    Absolute TRASH! Lock failed conveniently right after the 1yr warranty was up. Terrible customer service I should have stuck with my schlage locks.

    I can't say much about this lock as I did not own it long enough to try it out. I ended up purchasing another lock as this one was not compatible with my set up at home. I've used Yale products before so I doubt this would have be any different than my past experiences.
