best smart lock! ..................................

Enjoying this product so far, was pretty easy set up with best buy tech support and no issues so far. Pretty convenient too when you coming home with a hand full of stuff. Just open the app to unlock the door, and now no need to drop everything to find your keys. Well easy for me lol, wife uses garage I mostly use front door.

Pretty easy to install, works as intended. Only downfall is that I ordered 2 units and did not have the option to key alike, I haven’t been able to find a hardware store that can re key so far to date.

Amazing product. So easy to install. We didn’t know which one to get since we have ring cameras and the Google assistant. We were trying to get something compatible with ring and we’re also told this was compatible. But at the end it was easy to install and program and we are happy with it

Had to get, my husband locked us out! In the SNOW! Was awesome standing in the freezing cold for 30 minutes while we waited for a friend with a spare key. Now that will never happen again. I am actually really shocked how easy and great it works. You can even add more then one code and name them so you know who is coming and going.

Took some time to install, but once it’s in it works great! I carry so many things when leaving my house that locking the door became a hassle. It has been so much easier to be able to lock my door without having to use a key. And to be able to lock/unlock the door from anywhere with my phone is amazing!

I bought this to replace the very faulty "smart" lock in my new home. It was super easy to install and it was my first time doing something like this. Looks and works great and I love love that it works with August. Exactly what I was looking for.

Nice way to remotely lock your door. It’s versatile and easy to set up for multiple people who enter your home. Installation was a little tricky but could call customer service on a Sunday and get help.

This was the first time I've purchased and installed a smart lock after doing a lot of research. This lock looked great and was on sale so I figured I'd give it a shot. It was easy to install and it works great for the month we've had it. I would recommend using the August App since it seems to work better than the Yale one.

Good product but you'll need to buy a separate door handle. The door handle that is recommended for this product isn't the easiest to find in stock. Recommend buying this product when you can find it with the bundle which includes the door handle.

Works well, been using for close to a month with no issues. Installation and setup takes 30-45 minutes and the app setup is a bit tricky. Needing to use and configure the additional August bridge seems unnecessary. 100% happy with the device, but I do feel it’s a little pricy.

Great lock but the wifi bridge has trouble connecting needs to be extremely close to the lock to work, I have it placed less than a foot away, any farther and it constantly disconnects from the lock, even though it has issues I would still recommend it

I bought this to upgrade from my existing door lock and so far we have enjoyed the convenience of being able to lock and unlock the doors for family to get into the house.Also it has a feature of being able to setup an Auto Unlock as you approach the house and a locking if you forget to lock it in about 600’ from home.

Super easy to install and use. This lock also looks great.

This is good to provide a unlock number to frenz, service people etc. it should have separate device to connect to WiFi and get alerts when we are out of home to see the lock condition. It doesn’t have option to inform security system, or siren on when broken the system.

I purchased for the product features and I'm completely satisfied with the quality and performance of this lock. I usually don't have problems with technology but installing the lock was difficult. I resorted to hiring Geek Squad to complete the install.

I've bought one of these smart locks before for our backdoor and we had someone install it for us. I decided to buy another for our front door, it was very easy to install, the instructions were easy to get through and it only took less than an hour to install.

Loved the new lock, now i dont have to worry about carrying the keys. I use August app which helps . I get notifications about door lock and everything is smooth so far. The only complain i have is, installation , I had to use youtube for installation instruction rather than what comes in the box or august app.

I bought this as a replacement for another Yale lock I returned (with the keyhole) and this one is sooo much better! Everyone in my house has different schedules and we all like the option of either a key or pinpad. The Auto Lock/Unlock option is the best! 10/10, been over 6 months and the lock is very durable and efficient!
