Well made and simple to install, give yourself some time to program. We used app on phone for programming and it was easier than using printed instructions. No instruction for door sensor, except thru app. Overall pleased with product, again app makes it pretty easy to set up codes.

Love the Yale smart lock! I did have a hard time getting it to work with my app and still don’t know the serial number. But other than that it’s great! Works great with the app and easy to set codes and enter codes. It’s also great at notifying me if. I leave my door open or unlocked.

This lock is great. It is easy to install and use. It easily syncs with your smart phone so that you can easily access your home in one simple touch of phone. Also you can set more than one code so each member of your household can have their own code. Oh yeah it also has the option to use the key to unlock/lock the door.

Easy installation with video assistance if needed. Sets up on wifi with additional included adapter. Works great from phone and with passcode. I live in apartment building with elevator very close to door so have not had opportunity to test Bluetooth unlocking. Easily gives codes to guests for easy access

Great lock and easy to install. The phone and WIFI set up took me some time due to a lock to WIFI connection error. The instruction is clear and I finally solved the problem by resetting the network connection on the lock. Overall, it is an excellent lock including all needed items with a competitive price.

sometimes it has a lag because is trying to change from Bluetooth to wifi when we are outside the driveway. the installation was hard you have to follow the instruction otherwise when it first turns on it might not unlock the door

I bought this because it's supposed to be HomeKit compatible. So far I haven't gotten that to work. But otherwise it's a great lock. The August app is easy to use. The auto unlock feature leave much to be desired. Hopefully that gets fixed with a future update.

Great Smart Lock by Yale. Installed this lock in about an hour and 15 minutes. Set it up online connecting to the August Home app, was as simple as following instructions. Great lock much more advanced than the Kwickset 1st Gen lock it replaced. Especially like the alerts this lock sends via the August app. Would buy again.

Installation went fine, just follow the steps and download the app they recommend, much easier that way. I like that it lets you know weather the door is unlocked or locked and wether the door is open or closed. HomeKit integration went well. Pro Tip: do not install batteries until you are ready to connect local to your WiFi.

Overall a great product. Needs to be lined up PERFECTLY or the deadbolt will jam. Also DONT download “yale access app” only download the august app and follow the prints through there. Easy setup, looks good and works with ease.

Lock is great quality, but August bridge is garbage. Had to call them to replace it, new one didn’t work either. Lock is functional and works nicely, accept for WiFi features.

This smart lock exceeded my expectations! Additionally, I purchased the Yale Assure Deadbolt Cylinder (works with Schlage) and took it to the local hardware store. They keyed the lock cylinder to match my Schlage house key at no charge. I would definitely recommend this lock.

Love having this lock on my front door. The Bluetooth feature is awesome! Being able to come up to the front door after leaving the area and having the Auto Unlock open for me when I get to the front step is very helpful. No fumbling for keys while carrying in groceries. Glad I bought this.

Great smart door lock for those of us that forget our keys constantly! I wish the wifi feature had more distance because my house isn't new and the closest outlet to the front door isn't quite close enough for the wifi connection to work effectively.

It works perfectly, and pairs with Alexa well. There are parts I'm still confused about, however, and I can't find clarification on its website. I had to have a handyman install it.

This lock not only looks good but it offers everything you could possibly need in a lock. With proper settings it will lock and unlock door automatically, let you know if the door is open or closed and can verbally be operated with Alexa, Google Home or Siri. It is easy to install and set up. Love it!! Would highly recommend.

This was easy to install and works great, the only problem we have had is the touchpad seems to be sensitive at times and will lock when you reaching the close the door

Downloaded the Yale app and it was incredibly fast. I have it on my Apple Watch and it unlocks by the time I push the button and reach for the door handle. makes for a quick entry without the fuss of carrying around keys!

This product is excellent all around. It's well-made has multiple options for easy access, and is very reasonably priced. It also has a great design with several color options to choose from. Overall great purchase!

I PURCHASED 3 SETS, I HAVE NOT HAD THEM INSTALLED YET BUT I AM GOING TO GET GEEK SQUAD TO INSTALL THEM SO I KNOW THEY WILL BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, FROM THE REVIEWS THEY SEEM TO HOLD UP AND DOES IT’S JOB, I HAD BEEN EYEING THESE LOCKD FOR A WHILE BUT PRETTY PRICEY!! I COUGHT THEM ON SALE AND BOY AM I GLAD!!
