This keyoad works really well. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to install. I love the way it gives my door a flashy look. The app also works really well.

This product is not backed well by the manufacturer, it will fail and the app is useless. A bit of background, I bought this in January and installed it on my house. First setting it up requires the serial number on the lock and the connect module which is a pain to access as you have to have it all disassembled to get to it. If you can get everything setup it often loses connection to the network and the WiFi functionality rarely works. When it stops working you have to do a factory reset (about once a week if you are lucky) which requires disassembling everything again. Sometimes the app will not let you do the factory reset and will not let you remove the lock. In that situation all you can do is wait and pray it will work later. Often within 48 hours it will finally let you clear it out. Basically you are far better off with a normal deadbolt as any time saved with this will be lost with how often you will be fixing it.

This Smart lock is so amazing. I can open my door with my phone, key pad and or my key. If I forget my phone or keys I still can get in my home. Very easy to set up. Just fallow the installation instruction and it’s ready to go.

Easy to install after I made the opening hole needed to fit the lock. I needed to use a bore hole drill bit. The app set was easy as well.

Extremely easy install, we bought this product for our front door and it went in under 1 hour and synced to our google home flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone buying a smart lock system

Easy to install. Bluetooth serial number was not located where I thought it would be. I quick call to Yale support resolved this.

The Yale smart lock along with the August app is so easy to use. The lock was easy to install and set up. The August app allows you to lock and unlock over Bluetooth or WiFi so you can monitor when you are home or away.

The Yale smart lock Wi-fi and Bluetooth with touch screen is great. Its easy to install as well on setting it up the wifi. Very user friendly and great batterie life.

Overall it was a simple and easy installation and only required a little extra work, but the door that it was installed on isn’t exactly a typical door. Regardless, it was great and I’m satisfied

It was a good deal during Black Friday. My first impression is it is sturdy and well-built. The app works smoothly and easy to use. Overall, this is a great product for your home security.

Lock itself is decent but the Nest Connect device has issues with Wi-fi connectivity

Love the lock. All my kids have their own codes. Great for all the in and out. The auto lock gives me peace of mind. I would have rewritten the setup instructions to save me a little time, but overall pretty simple.

Hate fumbling with a key! So easy for the kids! Can let anyone in without a key in an emergency! Another addition to our “smart” home!

I really like this lock. Looks good and the install was easy. Everything so far is working as it should. I had a Kwickset lock and had issues, this lock looks a lot nicer.

Relatively easy install. Only drawbacks are: the WiFi bridge seems to need a direct line of sight to the lock. Also need to change the batteries more often than anticipated.

Easy installation. You do have to make sure you are reading the steps.great for use with Airbnb and monitoring access while not home. Not S wave so I couldn’t add to my security system but still a great buy

A little pricey but we love it! We love the ease of creating entry codes. Very easy lock to setup and use.

This makes my life way easier by just dont having to worry about locking the door every time I go in our out the house. I can always double check if it did closed on my mobile app

It’s great. I just dislike the extra device you need to plug for Alexa connectivity. Also disconnects often.
