It’s great. I just dislike the extra device you need to plug for Alexa connectivity. Also disconnects often.

If you can install it then you will like it. Almost return Jan 16 as last day but decided to spend half day to play with it and got it right. Trick: download both app Aug and Yale Access. then use August app to install. Follow the onscreen instruction BUT MAKE SURE DO THIS: AFTER FINISH INSTALL FROM AUGUST APP, AT THE END, TOUCH THE LOCK SCREEN, SELECT THE SETTING ICON, TOUCH #7, THEN SETTING ICON AGAIN TO REGISTER THE WIRELESS MODULE 1) can track who open your house. 2) can unlock from distance and more

Works great. Key access is a good option,when coming out of the rain love it. No problems, plus if battery runs low

The unit, itself, is easy to install, but as with much digital stuff these days, establishing a connection to wi-fi and bluetooth is more nuanced. And connecting the bridge to the door panel, via whichever, is tricky. The unit operates only on 2.4 mg, so be mindful of this, and the fact that you can only place the bridge unit so far from the door unit, or it won't work. Now, as for the geo-zone function and auto-open feature, that function is not working on my unit and it's being looked at by the company's tech people. We'll see if they ever get back to me. I have tried tech support four times, and have not found an answer to why the auto-open feature does not work. Tech support is friendly and helpful, except for one rep who really didn't want to get involved. As for the unit itself, it keeps "refreshing" itself, which means in hangs and hangs "refreshing", which it is probably still doing now as I type. Not good! In spite of it all, and even though I have to use my cell phone to open the door as I approach, I like that convenience. I only wish the auto-open function would work. It's a costly item and should come "plug and use". It is, unfortunately not that simple. And the friends I know who have one of these units all agree: you buy one, be prepared to call tech support to fully use it. So enjoy, but be warned.

Easy to install and works flawlessly. Purchased this one because it has the actual key and came with August wifi so I can use with HomeKit. Integrated quickly!

Easy installation and functions wonderfully. Only downside is the fact that the lock is very specific and in order for the lock to read as "locked", the side hole lock needs to fit exactly right.

This product is great with teenagers who lose their keys. Also can program temporary codes for repairmen/contractors to use as needed while we are away from home. We love this lock!

Simple install and set up. It comes with 2 keys (just in case)...but this had made lufe so much easier and you dont realize it, until you actually get one.

I would recommend this product. Well-built and works pretty well. Setup through app is on the easier side but could be made better.

Ordered two of these. One for me and one for my mother in law. We installed these very easily and connected it to the app with ease and works great! Would def recommend!

Easy to install. Best Buy employees answered all my important questions. We went back to them and bought more.

Pretty easy setup. Took me about 15 min to install hardware and 15 min to work the app. Over all I’m pretty satisfied.

I always wanted to lock and unlock my door without using my keys,and i found it in this smart lock,very easy to use,it lokk good on the door and it can unlock with my voice on google assistant.

When I first set up the lock everything was great. That is until I had some issues with HomeKit (unrelated to this lock) and after resetting my HomeKit app, the lock wouldn’t connect, saying it was connected to a home already. After months of working on things and waiting for responses from Yale, I get a replacement M1 module (what allows the lock to talk with Apple’s HomeKit) and what do you know? It doesn’t work. I get the same error. They send me another module. That one makes the lock undetectable. So I call Yale and talk about options. They tell me they will send me a new back plate (with the computer). I’ve lost count how long it’s been and not only have they never sent the part, I checked and they have no record of our talk. The lock itself, when set up correctly and working, works beautifully. But don’t you dare reset anything, especially if using it with HomeKit. Now, I’m fairly sure I have a smart lock that technically works but not completely as designed.

I love this lock, It is so easyTo open and unlock the lock from my Phone. I no longer have to get out of my chair to go to the front door to unlock this lock.
