Really like the items. Right size and color. Has keys and keyboard lock. Sales people made it so easy for me to choose this lock. Easy to install and operate.

Working from the HomeKit the lock works great. No issues with easy install. Had a slight issue getting the Wi-Fi on and the technical support did a great job helping me with that.

This is the best investment it works good. Yale has a fantastic team who helped me through the process of getting everything working. We like it very much.

I gave it a 3 star because it goes through the batteries really quick. A month after having it i needed to replace the batteries again. I had replaced the unit a month before because it did the same thing. We changed the batteries every 3 weeks so i thought it was defective, but its doing the same as the first one. I may go back to a key lock.

Install took me 10 min. Did not even try to use Yale app. Went straight for August app. Works as advertised and hope to use it for at least couple of years.

This is the 3rd lock I bought for our rental property, same one, because when it works it's perfect for our needs, but I don't know what's wrong with the app or the lock software every so often when I set up a renter with a code for the week it randomly stops working I've had to make 2 emergency trips(a 4 hour drive each way plus tolls) to fix it. And this particular one, the module didn't work at all, it wouldn't register, I had to use the old one which was difficult to register with the new lock, not sure if it is because it used to be an August module now the new one is a yale module but very frustrating.As a straight up digital lock it works great it's just the long distance setting up of codes and also doesn't register the right mode the lock is in(locked unlocked open)

This is my favorite lock easy to setup and use the keyhole is a great backup but all keys I use are virtually given so no more need to rekey locks awesome buy

Once connected to the internet this smart lock works great, especially for family or Airbnb guests.

The install was very easy. The touch pad operation works very well, but had a difficult time getting it to work with my wifi.

Great product. Easy to install. You might need to change your bracket out from your main door may rub against the metal.
