However, other than testing the keys, we've yet to use them, and I installed this recently. I've read a few reviews saying that the key pad wasn't responsive, So far, the batteries have not died, and no other failure.I will post if I get any problems in future.

Good quality looks nice

Support was very fast to answer the phone and address the issue. Have it set up with the August app and also with Google Home works great with both.

If you don't feel like fumbling with your keys you can use the app or key pad and it makes a reassuring sound when it locks so you don't feel the need to double check. It is one of the higher end options for sure, but I strongly believe it isn't worth pinching pennies on home security.
