Never have to worry about keys anymore once you switch over to Yale. Family comes by and i can instantly let them inside remotely!

Like the lock. Only problem is connecting to internet. Still not connected but lock is working great. Two installers came and installed several items.

So far so good, on the expensive side though, should be priced lower.

It connects with august bridge connect. Its connects to wifi and august home and google home app. You lock and unlock your door when you are away.

This is a fantastic device to have if you are in the market for a smart lock. It's not only strong but adds a sense of elegance to your home. I'm not familiar with Yale but my grandfather always used them when he was building homes. I believe I can trust them at this point with a smart lock. Everything you need is in the box with a heavy presentation. everything is packed nice within the box and instructions on everything you need. which is clear and right to the point. I'm not going to go into detail about the setup but it wasn't a problem for me. Following the instructions is key and the guide tries to make that as clear as possible. Nothing was missing or defective. Setting the master code took me seconds. Make sure you set some free time out of your day to connect everything properly because this Yale Smart lock is something I don't recommend rushing through. About 15-20 mins are about the time I was done connecting. Once set up and connected everything worked fine. The lock is strong ensuring your things stay safe. I feel confident that my belongings would be safe behind a Bluetooth/wifi lock. The PIN pad is nice and smooth to touch which works fine but it does leave smudges if you are not careful. The lock also has a feel of it being stylish and not looking like a tech lock at all, I appreciate Yale taking a real stance behind the design on this one. This deadbolt comes with actual physical keys so you don't have to always use the smart features of the lock. a move any manufacture should do in case of malfunctions if they occur. One of the best features about the lock is that you can give access to the family or friends when you are away or if they don't have a key. Auto-locking is also on the lock as well which is another feature that's amazing. This feels like the future when using this product from Yale and I love it! The iOS app was smooth and was design with a good UI in mind, All the info you need is within the app itself and I haven't had any troubles with it. I love the product and this is the first time I installed something the first time correctly with a product like this. I was using Alexa with the lock as I don't own any other smart home kits. If you love tech and want a smart lock, This product sure impresses anyone you having over. With my phone in my hand most of the time this is perfect for me and I really don't worry about security issues. I hate to sound cliche but it does make me feel like I'm living in a futuristic movie when using. Perfect lock for me.

Alerts are not consistent and delayed at times. No alerts for the battery being low so you must carry the key or you will be locked out. Not user friendly. Unable to change the code between visitors.

Love the product. Ability to control by iPhone and also ability to set it to automatically lock and unlock within the time frame.
