The lock is a very good it took a minute to figure out it works very well with my alarm system

Easy to install and paired easily with my Wink 2 Hub. Able to lock/unlock with my Wink iOS app.

This lock is exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install and simply to use. We were looking for a way to ensure no one is ever locked out or worry about the kids losing their keys. This is a simply touch screen and is perfect.

With all of the new smart equipment it was great to find one that paired with my current security system (Frontpoint). Installation was super easy and set up was easy to pair to my smart panel. It will be interesting to see the battery life on the door with going in and out. I have it set up to automatically lock when the system is armed stay. I love it!

This was a very easy install and setting codes was not bad too.

Yale makes great connected door locks. This is an older model, of which I have three. I am finding them on sale, and for the sales price of $130-150, they rock. Because they are older, they are not ZWave Plus, only ZWave. If I were paying full price, I would definitely buy the newer model to get the ZWave Plus and Bluetooth connectivity.

I had some difficulties in getting the lock to work (the first was defective), but the replacement works fine and the price was right on.

My son and I reviewed a lot of smart locks. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money but wanted the ability to punch in a number without fumbling for my keys all the time. This lock works beautifully!! Super easy to install! Would highly recommend if you want a great lock without spending tons of money.

Should've returned it… Deadbolt mechanism was immediately catching on black plastic piece it should slide over so it would leave about 1/4" of the deadbolt exposed. Yale's customer service is horrendous (read: Comcast). Must be a known issue because they didn't try to troubleshoot, just sent a replacement (1 month). After installation, realized there was no z-wave button and they sent the wrong model. Yale was non-responsive for weeks (except to send me demands to send back the defective lock or I would be charged). Finally got them to send the correct model… three months and three installations later, I have a working deadbolt (for now - haven't tested z-wave functionality). When inquiring about what Yale could offer to compensate me for my time, 'management' offered to let me keep the wrong model they sent for $105, a whopping $4 off current retail. SMH. Should’ve returned it!

I'm using the lock with Samsung SmartThings, and so far I like it. One thing to note, there's a typo in the instructions for setting up the master pin (I think it was in the quick guide section)... You need to press "*1* master pin *" vs "*1 master pin*".

The instructions weren't the best. For example, setting the master code wasn't stated correctly. Had to look at other reviews to get it to work right. But otherwise, installation went well. I didn't have to modify the deadbolt hole, as the deadbolt itself is tapered a little. The range seems to be alright. Connected with no problem to my Samsung smart things hub. I haven't tried toggling the lock with Google assistant yet, but that is next on the list.

Somewhat not easy to program but customer service is available. Very very helpful.

I love this Door Lock... I have had these on two of my homes and they are the best. Can make like 100 different user codes and even single use codes. I love it, love it, love it. When family comes into town I make them a code so they can get into the house when I am at work. Plus I hate having to worry about keys. Never have to worry, about keys. SO recommend this. And really, really easy to install.

This is the second time I've purchased this lock. My first one has lasted me 3 years. I moved my old one to our back door as the screen was starting to show its years of use and put this one on my main door. These locks have never failed and are fairly easy to setup. I like that at one point smartthings or yale made an update and you're able to add and delete user codes in the smartthings app. I also have figured out how to automate created codes using webCoRE.

I can't believe that the law has not required the item. It is the nearest invention because of the way it secures the home. I give a special code to each person to obtain entrance to the home. Through the past keys away and feel safe and lighter weight on the.keychain while knowing that the person who has the code is the only one that has access to the home! I love it and works perfectly.

So far, so good. I would like to see how it performs long term.

Works on and off, sometimes will not unlock all the way and multiple attempts are needed. Sometimes does not respond to touch.

This lock took me less than 15 minutes to install and connect to my automation system. works like a champ..
