This thing works Great! Was a bit tricky to install but I love it. But, for whatever reason, I CANNOT get additional codes/keys made. Only the master works. Other than that it is great

This lock is an easy install and works great with Smartthings. I plan on purchasing a second one for my back door.

We love this lock. Use it with SmartThings and IFTT with Google home and it's great. No more keys! No more lockouts! No more meeting someone to let them in the house. Fantastic.

If you just want a keyless door lock it works great however, if you're trying to link with Comcast Home Security there's going to be a challenge. I tried for 3 or 4 days and gave up so, 3 stars is all this will get from me.

This lock was easy to program especially since it connected to my Ring alarm system. I simply add users to the lock and their codes transfer.

This lock was very easy to physically install on the door, it tool a little digging to sync with my Samsung things but works great once connected.

Quality door lock that's easy to install and use. Ability to hook up an external battery when the internal batteries die is a nice feature. Negative is they don't have an app that works directly with the lock like August.

It works great off the start. Nice features. The touch screen on mine stopped working after 4 days. I don't know the cause but after troubleshooting I couldn't get it to work so I returned it's would recommend as long as it's working.

Wish this would work your smart phone to unlock...

Great way to automate the home and impossible to lock yourself out of the house. Unless of course you let the batteries run out.

Great lock works with Samsung smartthings I can lock/unlock my doors from anywhere.

I absolutely love these locks. I've used them to upgrade all my locks to doors with outside access. Easy to install, and very easy to use.

I had the lock installed through Best Buy. It is a solid deadbolt fitting. I was told by sales person that there was a key, unfortunately, I allowed the box to be scanned and sold without checking. It does not. I was also told it could be controlled by phone. Kind of true. It can be controlled by phone, if a Wink or SmartThings hub is being used. That said...IFFy... I can turn the bolt by hand and know it is locked. I can lock using the keypad outside and know it is locked. But the SmartThings app shows unknown...if I turn the lock, or even if I lock using the app. I can't trust it to be locked, without looking at it. This defeats the " away" purpose, as unknown is not security.

The full range of functionality is only available when connected to a smart home system such as SmartThings. It would be a five star if it also had the ability to easily unlock with a smartphone when not going through a smart home hub.

Easy to install and setup. Easy fo use with Alexa and Smartthings. Great place to start a smart/secure home.

Great product. Easy to use. Was a little trickling to set the code.

Awesome smart-lock once it is installed. It is easy to make the screw to tight and bind the bolt. Once I saw what was happening I loosened the screws enough to keep it install snuggly but let the bolt travel.

The installation was a little labor intensive. Had to modify my door for the lock to work properly. Only down side is the audio each time it locks and unlocks, which always seems to wake up everyone in the house.

Feel safer knowing lock is installed. Used to help with my mom having Alzheimer's to keep her safe.
