I got this one about $275, even thought its just a 5.1 ch, but all the wireless function are great, sound is good, convenience to connect to phone, the music cast is awesome, try it

The receiver is everything I expected. The sound system is well balanced and in coordination with our wall system which adds to the effect of noise related to the TV show that we are watching. The receiver is a perfect system.

This component went into my theater room. It fit nicely on my end wall shelving, and puts out great 5.1 surround sound. I like the capability of the 3-D that goes into it as well. All in all very satisfied with this product.

It works very well with my Bose Acoustimass 10, and with an HDMI switch, I can see between my TV and an Epson Cinema projector, recommended, good sound, audio clarity, great combination

We were looking for a receiver to replace our old pioneer one. After some online research, we found this one on the web page. Went to the store and bought it. Now we enjoy the receiver and love the quality of it.

After having two onkyo recievers go out on us and after reading several reviews, we decided to try Yamaha. We are so glad we did. It's perfect and we got it at a better price than the onkyo!

One of the best receivers I have ever owned. Wifi & Bluetooth just make it so much more capable for your audio entertainment needs. Very easy to set up using the tutorial in the manual. Connects to your designated wifi signal very simply.

The receiver is excellent does everything we would like to do, The features are excellant and we plan to add a Musiccast speaker in another room. Hookups for TV, DVD etc are easy via the HDMI cables.

I bought this to replace an AV receiver that I had for years. This one was so easy to set up and the sound is great. My only complaint is that the user manual cd was scratched and wouldn't play.

We moved to a new house that was wired with speakers in the ceiling. So wanted something simple with features for the whole family. I can plug in all of HDMIs into it and then plug one cabeen into the TV.

It was time to upgrade from the Stereo speaker from the 90's! This one, in addition to a USB port for the iPhone, has Bluetooth! It works with everyone's phone in the house. No cords necessary. Is is compact and easy to use.

I've been thinking about replacing my old Panasonic received error for years. Finally did with this Yamaha receiver. Love it. Works great. Love all the features. Most importantly sounds great.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I should start by saying that I am not using this as an audio/video component, but just as a 2 channel stereo receiver to replace my aging Pioneer. The best feature is the ability to connect with an ethernet cable directly to the router so you can get internet radio. Especially if you usually get poor reception. For us dinosaurs that still listen to our favorite FM stations it is fantastic! Crystal clear. Also be aware: switching from A to B speakers took forever to figure out. It turns out you can only set A, B, or A&B by using the remote. The only instruction manual is a PDF download, but even with the manual certain features can be difficult to set unless you have a monitor set up to the unit. My advice: if you are going to use it as a receiver like me, temporarily connect a monitor to go thru the set up menus. I did and it helped a lot.

I am very happy with this unit compared to the "box" surround systems I have had in the past. Love that it has all the HDMI inputs so I can use it with all my devices. Very happy with this unit!!!

Set up with Samsung plazma and Polk speakers, Works Well

I have a Devon, which is awesome but old. Always wanted a Yamaha and I needed 4k. Just love it! Would not recommend another other than this one. Super easy to set up. Wonderful to enjoy!

I highly recommend this product. Very nice stereo for the price. There are better stereo's out there but much, much higher priced. This system does everything i need it to do and did not spend a fortune to own it.

No problems setting up and putting to good use. Replaced Denon that had slowly died. No longer need new tv since denon audio and pass thru both failed together.

I bought this as a dedicated two channel receiver for an outside pool patio. It is supplying the power to two Def-Tech. outside patio speakers. It does an excellent job. I can't comment on the home theater capabilities of this receiver but it works fine for outside music.
