This receiver is top notch. Paired with both wired speakers and subwoofer, and two wireless system that can rock the house!

Great sound, excellent pass-through and up-conversion on video, but the remote is less than intuitive.

Once setup correctly, it provides for a great listening experience inside our house and using the second zone out on our deck! App allows us to control with relative ease.

Nice unit. Initial setup was rather difficult. It requires a TV to access the menu. I used a computer monitor which worked just as good except if I want to change anything, I'll need to detach my monitor from my computer etc, etc, etc. I consider myself a home lectronics geek and I still had to call technical support Now that it's set up, I like it.

Sound is incredible with home theater. Second to none.

Would not recommend for the money. Unit is very glitchy overall. I experienced random audio drop outs, would not do 4k/120, and would get stuck in straight mode. The app is also outdated and hard to navigate. I picked up a Denon 1800h and am much happier. It works flawlessly and sounds better.

I love it! Sounds great depending on your speakers. I use Klipsch. Movies in surround sound seem like you are in the theater.

I purchased the RX-V6A a few weeks ago to upgrade my system and replace my old Yamaha RX-V620. I want it to work the same way as before: with five speakers in Zone 1 (the main room) and two speakers in Zone 2 that I can turn on when I turn off Zone 1. I paid for the service to hook the receiver up. The Best Buy sent me two different technicians to set up the receiver. Neither of them could do it. Contrary to Best Buy's information, the last technicians told me the receiver was not made for that. I am not sure what to do. Please, help.

Excellent reciever with lots of power to power all of your speakers and plenty of other nice features as well. I love the auto calibration feature.

I replaced a Yamah receiver that was about 8 years old with this unit. The receiver is incredible and handles our 7.2 system with ease. Still learning all the capabilities but so far, the difference in performance is significant.

Receiver has great functionality and performance. Set up/Operation is a bit complex (seems to be the case for all new audio-visual equipment). Primary purpose for the purchase was to upgrade my current receiver to pass through 4K content, and this is working without an issue.
