It’s a great product but this was the first time I ever buy a home theater system with wires that I have to clip and measure to install. I didn’t even have wire cutters or anything around me. I used scissors and it was very annoying. The product itself is cool. Installation was the annoying part. I’ve never been so annoyed before. But after I cut and measured out the wires, I was able to install and it was done. There was also a lag in audio/video that corrected itself because this system comes with a mic that also listens to the room’s tone and auto-tunes itself. Overall, good buy. Just the whole wire thing. Made a 5 star go to 3 for sure.

Amazing sound quality and great price point. It was so easy to setup. I love that it can be controlled using the app on my phone or Alexa.

I bought the Yamaha home theater January 1. It wasn’t delivered till two weeks later. It is now February 24 thing doesn’t work stopped working. You guys aren’t gonna do anything about it. I’ll never step in that store again you got the worst customer service I don’t know how long you stay in business with this kind of customer service

The Audio output is really awesome. We are enjoying a lot. With this holiday season we are having a lot of fun having loud music.

Good. But there was no operating instructions. Still guessing about some of it.

I enjoy the speaker clarity resulting from the 725 rms power rating resulting in not needing a high db level sound level for comfortably listening.

This receiver replaced a twenty year old Yamaha receiver i have that is still working! I just wanted to upgrade to a new receiver and this one so far is great!

Pretty good all-in-one system. I'm not an audiophile, but it was a good value and upgrade from a soundbar.

Poor, cheap, speakers. Used my old ones. Display too small to read across the room. Extremely complicated to use. Remote control is a joke. Subwoofer has to be manually turned on and off. Wish I had not purchased it!

Better than a soundbar and sub, but even at open box price this set just isnt worth the money for me. Sub and avr are the reason why this isnt one star. The center and surrounds are just really flat and weak.

I wanted something that had wires for the speakers and this had it. I love the system.

Sound is great but it’s difficult to use with streaming services. The rear speakers seem to be having trouble on certain settings.

I was doing some comparison pricing and I noticed this item was cheaper than what I was looking at. So I went and purchased it. The people at Best Buy were very polite.

The Yamaha home theater system was a good and affordable purchase for me. It gets the job done enough that you noticed that their is one.

There is a Decent amount of power, but the price is too high.

The sound system is pretty decent but for the cost I was expecting more. I would suggest staying clear of the system if you own a Samsung TV because its not compatible with Yamaha.
