Package arrived on time and package was in good shape and complete. I haven’t had the opportunity until today to set up the system and unfortunately 2 of the bookshelf speakers are defective (blown). The return/refund period has expired. Now I’m the owner of an expensive (to me) home theater bundle that is defective. Not because of the manufacturer but because of Best Buy staff unwilling to provide minimal quality control and due diligence. The first indication was crackling/static noise upon set-up with 2 speakers. I was able to confirm using an ohms meter at home and it displayed infinite readings instead of a consistent reading at or slightly below 6 ohms. This reading is achieved by placing ohms meter leads on non-powered/disconnected speaker terminals. I would speculate these speakers arrived in this condition due to customer’s exceeding the limits of the unit while on floor display in the store. I must assume the other 4 speakers (2-bookshelf 1-center 1-powered subwoofer ) and receiver are limited in their usefulness and longevity as well based on the defective speakers previously mentioned. My review is based on my experience setting this unit up. None of the defects would be visible only listening and testing would reveal this. Thank you. Paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING. Was delivered 3 days late. Package was severely damaged and contents had just been THROWN in a box. Receiver was broken. Center speaker was missing. Large holes in box. I will never buy from RIPOFF BUY AGAIN!

Was great sounding up until that point. Hoping someone chimes in, as all settings have always been set to the factory settings. Not happy!!!
