After a long delay in getting my product , your delivered and set up my sound system . He was very professional and courteous, enjoyable to talk with. My system was fine until today. It just stopped working. So please send your technician back.

Bought an open box in “excellent” condition. I cant speak to the quality of the product itself because it was missing several parts to the bundle so i cannot use it. Speaker wire, sub wire, calibration mic and owners manual are all missing from the box. Best Buy customer support is poor and all call centers that just pass you around to try to get rid of you. I was told it is not possible to speak to the local store. Four chat support reps (i kept being disconnected or transferred) and two call center reps (first transferred me to a closed line) were not willing to assist and told me to go to a physical location. I now need to lug this large box to the store and convince them to give me the parts that should have been included in the box to begin with.

This is truly excellent and the sound output is amazing

More wire ports, better wire, set up on the back of the amp

This set was to replace a system I had many years. The sound is amazing.

Sales found exactly what I was looking for right away

I bought but returned. It sounds great. But Yamaha took too long on the update they were supposed to give us that provided VRR, ALLM, 4k120hz support. Gracias!

Reciever is nice, has multiple features. Small speakers are ok. The subwoofer is a big disapoinment. Way less power than expected. Only 40 watts. I would have returned if I didnt completely open amd setup. Their was only one box in store, and no setup for sample in store. I would not have bought, for the price of $650. Not worth, unless going to use in a small room posibly.
