My best buy plus membership is Inexpensive and good to have. It gives nice discounts on items in store and the geek squad benifits are nice.

Definitely is the way to go this membership! Do not hesitate in acquiring this!

I only purchased this because it ended up free plus I saved more off my purchase. That said, it's my only reference so far with the membership. I haven't used it again as of yet.

Customer service and support have been great in assisting with our purchases as part of the membership.

This membership is a great value. It has already save me money. It also has provided me with extra peace of mind with purchases I’ve made, knowing that I’ll be taken care of in the future.

As far as the communications with the Agents were excellent, however, the date of the delivery,(refrigerator) l received a text last minutes indicated for delivery re-schedule, after preparing for delivery, an Agent was helpful to reschedule, he could not tell me the reason, called next day, an agent found the item was back-ordered, they were going to deliver one on the show room which was non-functional (thank you) I do want the brand new refrigerator not the one from the show room. waiting ....... order was placed almost a month ago.

The membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

Doesn’t really do much. I won’t buy it again. It hasn’t helped me in any way with any of my purchases at Best Buy.
