I was on the phone for over 1/2 hour with her. For some odd reason, she either didn't want to make the change or didn't know how. I finally went online and made the change on my own.

I was bill for renewal many time resulting credit card issues and wasted time on my part. I drove into the local store and was told they could do nothing to stop the unwanted billing. I was advised to go on line to stop the false billing. I am receiving phishing scams in by email account that appears to be from Best Buy Geek Squad.
