The membership is great if even if it only used one time on a more expensive item. It also serves as a good reminder to look here when purchasing other items throughout the year.

We’ve had a negative experience purchasing our washer dryer. The incorrect stacking kit arrived on install day. This created a plethora of other inconveniences. For all of them, I was promised a $150 store credit. I have received no such thing so yet again, another thing I have to track down. Best Buy can make this right by giving me the $300 store credit I originally asked for.

This was by far the worst installation service I’ve had. I ordered the washer with the new drain hose kit. When they can to install, they said I needed a new drain hose for the air gap because the drain line was clogged. I ordered new drain lines with the dishwasher so why am I paying for more drain lines... They wanted to charge $100 extra for this $5 hose. I opted to install a new one myself. They said they would come back to finish install after I replaced the hose. After I did that they came back and said I have to get a new air gap which was completely functional but they refused to install. They wanted another $120 for that so I denied that and installed a new one myself for $15. Then several weeks after my initial order they came back and finished the install. Also when they left the first time they didn’t tighten the cap on the water line so my sink was leaking into my cabinets for 5 days. Very disappointed in the service. All the additional “add on” items during the install is not disclosed and is a complete scam.

Having the membership was a blessing here recently. With the 60 day return policy it made it much easier to exchange an appliance with no questions asked.

I like that there’s additional discounts. I haven’t used enough of it to off set the cost of membership yet. Giving this a try for a year to see if it’s worth it. So far I’ve saved $19!!
