The salesperson at the Miami Beach store offered me a membership guaranteeing a $400 refund on my card, so I agreed to purchase the products. Far from being an information error, this was a scam that has affected me to this day. I thank the support staff who tried to help me. However, I still don't have the refund in my account.

Bad customer service.

You should able to sign up and pay has you go. And i do mot like your new service when you walk in to your store. That why i go to other store now to buy my items now. That is a big turn off.
