By example, I just placed an online order (for an iPhone Otterbox Defender case). Though My Best Buy Plus is said to offer free two-day shipping, my order confirmation indicates that I'll receive the phone case in 4 days.(???)

That hasnt happened. I only buy when i need something so I can say it wasnt worth it right now.
