Makes for uncomfortable returns for waiting costumers. I also had $75 (macbook promo) in rewards taken and never given back( purchased something online, it got cancelled...that was months ago), They have given me 4 phone numbers to call to try to fix it.

Then it was moved to early March. Now it is rescheduled to April. It's a good thing our old one is at least working with some burners! No explanation as to why this is happening.
