The main reason I paid for the My Best Buy Plus Membership was the deal where you buy 2 and get one for free on video games. When I purchased three games, the free game never was delivered. When I reached out to the help center, they said it was damaged and was sent back to the facility and I would receive a refund on the item. Well the refund was on the free game so I got $0 back. Completely negating the membership deal. After again talking to the help center, they said the only way to get the discount was to return the other two games and repurchase them all again. So I sent them in and before I could reorder the three games, Best Buy discontinued the buy two get one for free promo. So I feel like I not only got scammed out of the buy two get one free deal; it all felt like a huge waste of time and money. I don't get the deal and I had to send the games back and wait a month for my refund on the two games I paid for.

I rarely purchase electronics. Maybe once per year. It might not be worth it unless you are upgrading systems constantly or have significant warranty issues. I have been fortunate so far. I probably will not renew at the end of my one year term.

You get all the special deals that Best Buy has to offer and I have bought four of the fire TVs made by Toshiba best TVs ever
