Best Buy offered a store credit card to finance the TV, the installation costs, the warranty, and the ability to buy more Best Buy merchandise on the credit card. The tech must have been buried with appointments because he showed up to perform the installation after 3 hours into a 4 hour window of time. He removed the old set and plugged in the new one. He ran thru a few instructions, and after a total of 35 minutes of almost no "set up" skills deployed here, he left, I had a heck of a time getting my streaming services set up properly, with a universal remote control that was very confusing. It took me a whole month of "experimentation" to get my features running properly. I had phoned Best Buy service to ask if someone could come back to help me and was told "we don't do that". Gee, I thought I bought some tech help, but apparently not. My 35-minute install appointment was inadequate, I'm not tech-savvy, I'm 77 yrs old, and I live alone. This was a very difficult situation for me, which was why I was motivated initially to deal with Best Buy and purchase a whole assistance program membership. HA! Not gonna do this ever again. I could have saved hundreds of $$$ at a big box store for all the "Membership" I got at Best Buy.

I have not yet utilized the benefits with the exception of the substantial discount I received when I bought a major appliance. That price reduction alone made the member worthwhile.

I wish you all still have members discounts on video games.

Best Buy is a great company with great products and service. I am hoping this new service will be a great addition to my Best Buy experience.

It is pricey but the 60 day return policy is cool.
