AND its impossible to call anything at the store you made a purchase from.

This was in 2024 I have call several times and try to get the rewards as they have never appeared in my account as they said it would. I ended up cancelling the membership because I never got offers or anything worth keeping it and keep paying for it and never got my reward. At the store when I tried to check they told me I have to call them again to resolve this.

Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.
