Like having some security for larger purchases, especially electronics and PCs.

New at this but begin to learn more and hopefully will benefits me on the newest few weeks!

Basically paying for nothing in my opinion . Cant even get thru to the store when you call. Get some foreign person who’s language you can hardly understand

Membership was totally worth it, especially since I tend to buy all time in all seasons..

I was talked into buying this because it improved customer service for my appliance purchase. The only reason I bought it was for the "improved customer service" Just before my appliances were to be delivered I started receiving cancelled order messages. I called the store to take to salesman. The phone took me to a message bank in India or the Philipines and they said I am unable to talk to store. They ordered another type of appliance. Few days later same thing happened. I asked the phone bank person to cancel my entire order. Since things are back ordered and I do not want to have piecemeal deliveries. I need appliances. They said OK. A few days later on the day my appliances were orginally scheduled for delivery. I receive a notice that backordered and they are cancelling my order. Still waiting for refund. I have since purchased the appliances at a competitor and they are in the warehouse awaiting delivery. Best Buy has lost its shine.

Everything seems OK with the Plus membership but the "AI" system answering their phone scores a zero. I was totally unable to speak to a rep about Geek Squad services. I needed general information about getting their service, not to schedule a apt.

The membership is good, I think it is worth it especially because when I got it if I were to spend 500 I would get 50 back which was pretty much a free membership.
