I was part of the legacy Best Buy Game Pass and decided to try this plus membership as it promised to expand into all things tech not just games. In the beginning i loved it! Amazing deals on video games and accessories like the old days. Plus had amazing deals on tech as well so it was a win win for myself. Unfortunately as the year has gone by it seems to have dwindled quite a bit. No longer are the great game deals and the tech deals are little side items only a few dollars off. I was really hoping this would be a great replacement for the gamers out there however unfortunately its not. I just cant justify the cost to renew at this time unless they greatly improve it.

Membership is a value that makes my Best Buy experience better. The membership also adds upgraded customer service and attention.

The membership is great, but I am really hoping for the Nintendo Switch deal of buying 2 games and getting the 3rd game free comes back. It was one of the main reasons why I purchased the membership, and now that it’s gone, I’m questioning if I should cancel the membership.

The membership is okay at value. When I signed up I was supposed to get a reward certificate but never got one. It has its uses for sales but unless you buy a lot from Best Buy then the value isn’t the greatest.

We bought a washer, dryer set. I was pleased to see that i received a discount for being a member and i like the no interest payment for 2 years.

I purchased a Mac mini and a monitor. I was not told the mini had insufficient ports, low sound volume and in the Geek Squad installation and linking to my printer scanner the scan feature was eliminated and I had to hire a tech to fix the issue.

Great value for any person into tech and the customer service is also amazing.

I purchased a computer and was talked into purchasing this membership for what I was told was $10.00. A few days later when I checked my receipt, I was charged the full price. I was NOT happy but can only blame myself for trusting the employee!
