I was told if I am to cancel the plus membership before it renews, I shall get a pro-rated refund. This is annoying since when I called to cancel with 4 months left before renewal, I was told there is no pro-rated refund and I cannot cancel for a future date (like a day before it renews) so that I don't have to deal with this issue again. All I get is sorry but it does not help when I was given the wrong information to start with and I am not able to take advantage of discounts offered by the plus membership after my initial purchase.
